With Service Online your companies technicians can manage their field service cases directly on the Internet, either via PC or mobile phone. All information displayed in real time and personnel working with WinServ the office directly delegate tasks and manage field staff as efficiently as possible. The technician terminates service cases directly on the spot and then move on to the next. Working hours and order lines are managed directly via the Online Service and the technician can then close the file and then get in the car and drive to the next job. The technician logs quickly and easily. Only registered technician with the password can be given access to the system. The communication is also encrypted. Passwords can be timed and must be periodically renewed.
