Statistics/history

WinServ automatically collects the statistics/history and offers a variety of report options.

Summary of statistics

The statistics are summarized for each object, object type, customer, segment, district, engineer etc. Transactions are shown in the same way as the statistics but with additional details. You also have the opportunity to monitor the profitability of your customers and items.

Export functionality

Reports can be created with the reporting tool Crystal Report. If you want to create a graphic report or perform advanced operations, you can export data from the reports  to Excel, Word or via an ODBC connection.
